Return Eligibility

Conditions

  • Products must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • Must be returned in original packaging with price tags and labels.
  • Returns must be made within 30-days of purchase with the original receipt.

Exclusions:

  • Used, altered, or washed products.
  • Hygiene-sensitive items (inners, instant hijabs, scrunchies, etc.).
  • Fragrances, hijab mist, hand sanitizers, and personalized items.
  • Delivery and gift boxes, and packaging materials.

*Note:
Returns are at our discretion, and late requests will not be processed. Decisions on returns are final.

 


 

Return Procedure

A. Request Submission:
Email: customerservice@sharqiaahijabbrunei.com
Include: Order ID, reason for return, proof of defect (if applicable), and bank details for refund.

B. Request Review: 
We will review your request and provide further instructions.

C. Return the Product: 
Once approved, return the product at your expense. 

D. Product Inspection: 
We will inspect returned items. Products not meeting the return policy will be sent back to you.

E. Refund Processing: 
Refunds (excluding shipping costs) will be processed within 7-14 working days to the original payment method.

 


 

International Returns 

International Returns

  • The One Week (7-days) return policy applies.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Exchange color and/ or Exchange Hijab Type shipping costs will be fully covered by customers.
  • We do not provide refunds (Cash, Discounts, Vouchers, Etc.).
  • Accessories and incorrect orders are non-refundable & non-exchangeable once sold.
  • We only cover return shipping costs for defective items such as:

    a. Fabric Issues: Items with noticeable tears, holes, or other fabric defects.
    b. Color or Logo Mismatches: Hijabs that have a color or logo that does not match what was advertised or ordered.
    c. Sewing Errors: Issues like loose stitching, uneven hems, or other manufacturing defects.
    d. Sizing Problems: If the hijab was labeled incorrectly and doesn’t match the size ordered, although sizing issues might not always be
    considered a defect unless they are due to a manufacturing error.

However, Exchange can only be accepted with the following terms & conditions:

a) Exchange can be made within 3-days starting on the date of purchase.
b) Receipt of purchase must be presented during exchange at email with reason for exchange (example, Incorrect sizes/ materials/colors/type).
c) Items must still have Sharqiaa Hijab Brunei tags attached.
d) Items must still be in good/ unchanged condition.
e) Exchange will only be accepted for one-to-one item of the same value.
f) For any purchases made during promotion period, the new exchange item will use original price. 

*Important Notes:

  • We reserve the right to reject habitual or resale-related returns.
  • Final decisions on returns and refunds are at Sharqiaa Hijab Brunei’s discretion.
  • The policy may be amended without prior notice.
