Ordering & Payment

For local purchases, we accept several payment methods for your convenience. You can pay with cash, bank transfer (Baiduri, BIBD, or TAIB), or by card through our Baiduri payment gateway.
For international payments, we accept payments via telegraphic transfer or remittance to our Baiduri account.

We also offer a secure Baiduri payment gateway. Once you’re ready to make your purchase, we’ll send you a unique payment link accessible only to you for security reasons. This link provides your purchase details, and you’ll have a specified time frame to complete the payment.
We do not offer cash on delivery (COD) within Brunei. However, you can choose to pay with cash upon pickup.

Shipping & Delivery

For local orders, delivery typically takes 1 to 3 days. For international orders, the estimated shipping duration, including processing time, is usually about two weeks, depending on the EMS air freight schedule.

For local EMS shipments, a tracking number will be provided by our customer support team. Please contact us to monitor your order, and we’ll be happy to assist you!

If you are not home to receive your delivery, the courier will contact you to arrange a suitable time for redelivery or to provide instructions on how to collect your package. It’s best to liaise directly with the courier for any specific inquiries regarding your delivery.

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, you cannot change your delivery address. If you need to update your address, please contact the courier directly and liaise with them regarding your delivery.
