Our store currently ships to selected countries, including Malaysia, Indonesia, and Singapore. For destinations outside of these regions, we are open to considering shipments on a case-by-case basis. 1. What are the delivery timeframes for orders?
Brunei: 3 to 5 working days.
Malaysia & Singapore: 7 to 14 working days.
International: 7 to 14 working days.
2. What should I know about processing times?
Orders placed after 9 PM Brunei Time will be processed on the next business day.

Tracking details will be sent via email once your order is dispatched.
4. What happens if I’m not available at the delivery address?
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, a calling card will be left for you to arrange a re-delivery. Please note that additional charges may apply for re-delivery.

We offer several payment options for your convenience:
Bank Transfer: You may complete your payment via bank transfer on our website and present the proof of payment at our store.
Cash on Pickup: Alternatively, you can pay with cash when you collect your order from our store.
Cashless Payment: We also accept cashless payments (Debit Card) directly at our store.
Please choose the option that best suits your needs.
2. Do I have to pay for In-Store Pickup?
There is no additional charge for selecting self-pickup for your purchase.
3. How will I know when to collect my order?
You will receive a text when your order is on the way to the store for pickup.
4. How long will the store hold my order?
