RETURN & REFUND POLICY
If a buyer is dissatisfied with her/his purchases which are caused by defects in the material or have received the wrong items, the buyer may return the item/s to us in an unworn, unwashed and unaltered condition with all tags attached.
NOTE: All items on sale are final and are not returnable or exchangeable.
A product/s can only be return for an exchanged for another product/s within 3 days of the date of purchase for local and 7 days of the date of purchase for International. The buyer must contact us with the intention of exchanging the goods within 24 hours upon receiving the said goods. Failure to notify us, request for exchange will be denied.
If the exchanged product/s is of a higher value the buyer will have to pay the difference. We will not refund the difference if the exchanged product is of a lower value.
Buyer will bear her/his own costs of delivery, returns, and taxes if applicable.
Any product/s to be exchanged is subject to availability.
Sharqiaa Hijab Brunei strives to deliver Sharqiaa products to our customers’ expectation and satisfaction. We however, do not provide refunds.

Returns can be sent via your local post office/ courier service of your choice. Please note, you will need to cover the postage costs.
Pack the item with the price tag still intact with no damage
Include the invoice slip
Items will be exchanged with the same barcode only. We will only exchange it with the size/color/design requested.
If the exchanged item is unavailable, we will refund your money
Items can be returned or replaced within 3 days after receiving the parcel.
Goods returned for replacement will be processed and shipped to you within 3 days once it reaches our office.
We do not accept any request for a refund. The buyer is responsible to ensure accuracy of items ordered before proceeding with payment.
Once items are sold, no cash/money transfer refund will be made.
